Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Banquet Concierge Agent to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Requests: Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services, such as transportation, reservations, and dry cleaning, by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers.
  • Information Provision: Gather, summarize, and provide information to guests about the property and surrounding area amenities, including special events and activities.
  • Communication: Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns, and contact appropriate individuals or departments as necessary to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems.
  • Shift Management: Review shift logs/daily memo books and document pertinent information in logbooks, and monitor the club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests.
  • Accident Reporting: Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management, and complete safety training and certifications.
  • Company Policies: Follow all company policies and procedures, ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
