
Strategic Customer Retention Specialist

The Consumer Marketing Retention Officer is responsible for developing and executing initiatives to retain existing customers and minimize churn behavior.
This role requires a deep understanding of customer behavior, value, and other relevant metrics to design targeted promotional offers and enhance customer retention.
Key Responsibilities- Classify the customer base into distinct segments based on behavior, value, and other metrics to inform initiative design and implementation.
- Design and deploy data analytics solutions, including micro-segmentation, behavioral analytics, psychographic analytics, and geographical analytics, to enhance customer lifecycle management and targeting.
- Maintain targeted promotional campaigns through a campaign management system, tailored to retain customers at risk of churning.
- Analyze and evaluate retention campaigns' performance to ensure their success.
- Prepare post-launch analyses to generate better customer targeting and communication mechanisms.
- Analyze channel affinity to maximize purchase and communication channels' efficiency.
Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, computer science, data science, marketing, finance, or related field.
Level of ExperienceIntermediate experience in a related field.
