Financial Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Financial Transformation Specialist to leverage technology and enhance accounting processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. In this role, you will utilize digital tools to improve financial reporting and optimize business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain digital accounting systems and software to streamline financial operations and reporting.
  • Analyze and improve existing accounting processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Prepare and present financial statements and reports utilizing digital tools for data visualization and analysis.
  • Support the planning and execution of financial transformation projects within the finance function.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of accounting systems with broader business initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends in accounting technology and best practices.
  • Provide training and support to staff on digital tools and processes related to accounting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in accounting, with a strong focus on technology and financial transformation.
  • Experience with accounting software and digital tools (e.g., ERP systems, cloud-based accounting software).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying improvements.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Certifications such as CPA or CMA are desirable.
