Our company has extensive background in mobile payments technologies and a clear vision toward leading the e-wallet services under the control and supervision of the Central Bank of Jordan.

Our company is standing for a robust consortium of diversified partnerships of banking institutes, mobile network operator, and Payment Service Provider resulting to an integrated collaborative ecosystem furnished to serve clients with the best and most convenient services. Our e-wallet service can be easily activated on mobile devices, offering clients a wide spectrum of convenient secure ways to execute local and international monetary transactions in few seconds, anytime, and anywhere.

Job purpose:

Responsible for working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of our products and services in addition to seeking opportunities to develop and enhance Wallet products and services.

Also, responsible for administrating and managing the mobile payment platform and any related integrations. As well as building and analyzing the integration scope based on the business requirements, in addition to performing user acceptance test, tracing and detecting bugs and failures.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Meet internal/ external stakeholders to discuss the technical aspects based on the business requirements.
  • Build business requirement documents, scope of work, wireframes, high-level project plans, and validate software requirement specifications (SRS).
  • Perform user acceptance test (UAT), quality assurance, product monitoring and  evaluation for deliverables, trace and detect bugs and failures, follow up on fixing the bugs and failures.
  • Research the local and global market practices and identify opportunities for potential developments/ enhancements to achieve higher level of customer satisfaction.
  • Perform detailed requirements analysis and ensure proper documentation of processes, and user manuals/ presentations.
  • Understand APIs and assist the external stakeholders in the integration and testing to ensure successful delivery and smooth launch.
  • Manage accounts; accounts creation/termination, validation and requests documentation, and configuration of newly acquired/required accounts in accordance to the account on-boarding/update cycle.
  • Supervise and conduct deployments according to required procedures, receive deployment notes, and issue post deployment report.
  • Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the management falling within the job role's scope of work.

Requirements

Education:     

A bachelor's degree in Information Technology (IT), Business Intelligence, or a related field.

Work Experience:

A minimum of 2–4 years of experience in a related field.

Certificates:

Professional in Business Analysis (PBA) Certification is preferable.

Knowledge and Skills:

Knowledge of:

Good knowledge of APIs integrations

Excellent knowledge of financial ecosystems

Excellent knowledge of JoMoPay and Cliq switches

Good knowledge of financial products and services such as account types, AML, Cards  , type of transactions, …etc.

Excellent knowledge of project management

A working knowledge of IT Operations: Deployment/system implementation, Operations environment maintenance

Skills In:

Excellent command of communication skills both verbal and written

Excellent command of English language both speaking and writing

Good command of MS Office

Excellent analytical skills

Excellent troubleshooting skills

Work environment:
