Job Title: Sales Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Sales Expert to drive sales growth and build strong customer relationships for Superbrands for Trading & Investment Co. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers onsite to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Product Demonstration: Demonstrate product features and benefits to potential customers.
  • Sales Opportunities: Actively pursue sales opportunities and secure new leads.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Professional Development: Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and industry events as required.
  • Adherence to Policies: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Candidate Profile:
  • Education: Bachelors' degree
  • Experience: At least 1-3 years working experience at Sales (B2B, B2C)
  • Skills: Proven experience in sales or a related field, strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to persuade and influence others effectively, self-motivated with a results-driven approach, customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Employment Type:
  • Contract Duration: Limited for one year, renewal upon good performance
  • Work Schedule: Full time: 8 hours during the day
