Guest Services Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience. This includes:

  • Verifying guest identity and processing check-ins, including assigning rooms and issuing room keys
  • Setting up accurate accounts for each guest and entering Marriott Rewards information
  • Securing payment prior to issuing room keys and verifying/adjusting billing
  • Compiling and reviewing daily reports/logs/contingency lists
  • Completing cashier and closing reports
  • Providing guests with directions and property information
  • Accommodating guest requests and following up to ensure they have been met
  • Processing all payment types, vouchers, paid-outs, and charges
  • Counting and securing bank at beginning and end of shift
  • Obtaining manual authorizations and following all Accounting procedures
  • Notifying Loss Prevention/Security of any guest reports of theft

Requirements: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong attention to detail.
