Customer Service Specialist, Analytics

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through data-driven insights and analytical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Requirements Definition: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define customer service requirements and develop data-driven solutions to drive business insights.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize advanced statistical analysis tools and techniques to analyze customer data and identify trends and patterns.
  • Business Intelligence: Develop and maintain business intelligence reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that customer service strategies are aligned with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a relevant field, such as Business Analyst, Data Scientist, Business Intelligence Engineer, or Data Engineer.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in SQL/ETL, Microsoft Excel, and statistical analysis tools and techniques.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
