Facilities Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities GSE Manager to join our team at Joramco. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including planning, organizing, and scheduling work activities, as well as assigning personnel to projects.
Key Responsibilities- Facilities Management: Plan, organize, and schedule work activities to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities, including buildings, equipment, and grounds.
- Safety and Quality: Promote a safety culture amongst your team and participate in quality improvement activities to ensure compliance with company standards and government regulations.
- Financial Management: Assist the Director in achieving financial, customer satisfaction, and employee satisfaction goals, including managing service contracts and allocated budgets.
- Team Supervision: Supervise teams of staff across different divisions, ensuring that daily work routines and schedules are adhered to.
- Facilities Maintenance: Ensure that basic facilities are well-maintained, conducting proactive maintenance to prevent equipment failures and ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
- Compliance and Regulations: Ensure that facilities meet compliance standards and government regulations, including forecasting and allocating financial and physical resources.
- Emergency Response: Respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise, dealing with the consequences and ensuring business continuity.
- Environmental Protection: Participate effectively in environmental protection programs, including energy and water saving, waste segregation, and notifying for any environmental-related nonconformities.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in facilities management, with experience in planning, organizing, and scheduling work activities. You will also need to have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to supervise teams of staff and ensure compliance with company standards and government regulations.
