Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Dining Facility Supervisor to join our team at Vectrus. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dining facilities, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement daily work instructions to ensure efficient food service operations
  • Lead a team of food service staff to provide professional food services, including cooking, food preparation, baking, serving, and replenishing food
  • Assist the DFAC Manager as required and lead operations in their absence
  • Ensure customer flow rate corresponds with the serving line flow rate
  • Conduct all food handling, storage, receiving, and transferring of subsistence in strict accordance with the applicable Tri-Service Food Code
