Job Summary:

The Dining Facility Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dining facility, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality food service. This role will require strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Issue daily work instructions and oversee menu preparation, stores movement, and preventative maintenance.
  • Ensure customer flow rate corresponds with serving line flow rate and maintain a clean and safe dining environment.
  • Conduct all food handling, storage, receiving, and transferring of subsistence in accordance with the Tri-Service Food Code and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist the DFAC Manager as required and lead operations in their absence.
  • Communicate and uphold company standards, leading by example and working as a team to provide professional food services.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food service operations and quality control procedures.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
