Job Title: Head of Sales

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our Call Center Department and drive revenue growth. As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for shaping the department's strategy, leading dynamic outbound call center teams, and achieving ambitious revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and drive business growth.
  • Manage and motivate call center teams to achieve sales targets and excellence.
  • Implement new business initiatives and monitor their effectiveness.
  • Lead call center team meetings and training sessions.
  • Develop and implement sales materials and scripts to increase closing rates.
  • Collaborate with operational and sourcing departments to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Identify and expand into new markets to drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of driving sales excellence and building high-performing teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in call center management, preferably with outbound expertise.
  • Strong leadership, managerial, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create and maintain good relationships with customers.
  • Strong negotiating and sales skills.
  • Career-oriented and ambitious personality.
