We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our delivery operations in the MENA region. As the Head of Delivery - MENA, you will be responsible for championing and delivering flawless creative execution, while inspiring others to perform with excellence and act courageously.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Partner with the MENA CEO and MENA Group President, as well as in-market MD's, to help achieve margin targets through a combination of executional prowess and commercial competency.
  • Operational Excellence: Conduct a review of the agency way of working, procedures, and systems in the UAE, and implement recommendations and best practices across all markets.
  • Project Management: Evaluate the PMO structure and advise on a 'fit for purpose' structure across all markets, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Client Satisfaction: Reduce scope creep across key clients, and improve time sheet system accuracy and completion rates.
  • Resource Allocation: Provide oversight of resource allocation against client deliverables, and guide on SOW development and tracking.
  • Client Interface: Maintain a deep understanding of client business needs, and ensure heavy interface with creative, strategy, and production teams.
  • Collaboration: Demonstrate strong cross-capability and cross-functional collaboration skills with internal agency teams and key external partners.
  • Business Growth: Work with the CEO on quantum and client profitability and margin improvement plans.
Requirements
  • Experience: 10+ years of delivery, production, or program management experience in an agency, consulting, or IT industry, with a background in change management.
  • Leadership: Proven track record of delivering great, modern, multi-channel creative work, and maintaining strong relationships with creative, strategy, and delivery leadership.
  • Skills: World-class ability to manage and solve complex business challenges, build confidence, stability, and trust with the Agency Board level, and communicate operational issues and resolutions effectively.
  • Education: Deep understanding of creative culture, and ability to lead from the front regarding escalations and team issues.
  • Language: Arabic language an advantage.
