Job Description

Richmond Home Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and organized Personal Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our executives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events for the management team, ensuring optimal use of their time.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between the management and the team, drafting, editing, and proofreading correspondence, emails, reports, and other documents.
  • Travel Coordination: Make travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, and prepare travel itineraries.
  • Meeting Support: Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and presentations, and attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Document Management: Organize and maintain digital and physical files, ensuring easy accessibility, and handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Task Prioritization: Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met, and anticipate the needs of the management team.
  • Office Management: Oversee office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-functioning work environment, and assist in the onboarding of new employees.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues and challenges promptly, and anticipate potential problems and proactively implement solutions.
  • Personal Support: Provide personal support to the executives as needed, both in a professional and personal capacity.
