  • Maintain, organize and update staff personnel files, and ensure that all staff personnel changes are documented and updated in the HR database.
  • Maintain and organize recruitment files after each recruitment process.
  • Data entry and updating different HR documents (staff leaves tracker, performance review tracker and contact list).
  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties such as filling, photo copying and scanning any HR related documents.
  • Receive, collect signatures, and distribute HR related documents.
  • Assist HR Assistant in preparing HR documents, typing or translating letters or any other HR related documents.
