Reporting Associate reports to Senior Field Investigations Support Officer

Responsibilities

  • Prepares, analyzes, and consolidates reports for the investigation function ensuring accuracy of information;
  • Develops and improves internal reporting processes and creates appropriate formats for Investigation Divisions staff;
  • Processes and analyses data collected by Investigations staff through integrated assessments and compiles reports on identified patterns and trends;
  • Gathers qualitative and quantitative investigation data from multiple sources and engages in daytoday coordination of activities with Field offices for the reporting of crosscutting investigation activities and/or issues;
  • Prepares various written outputs including management briefings, background papers, presentations, analysis, reports and studies, inputs to communications, publication, and design, etc.
  • Reports quarterly on established performance indicators through the resultsbased monitoring system;
  • Documents progress on activities towards established objectives and compiles monthly and quarterly reports for donors, the Director's Office and/or HQ;
  • Documents success stories, which show the positive outcomes of investigation interventions;
  • Assists the Data analyst in presenting accurate and attractive data and information management products, including protection factsheets;
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor(s).

  • At least two years of relevant experience in performing activities related to data analysis / reporting / communications or any related discipline are required.

Special Notice

Type of Contract:
Limited Duration Contract (LDC), Band E.

The Limited Duration Contract for this specific EU project applies to external candidates and UNRWA internal candidates on LDC and FT.

Should the selected candidate be on FT position, and subject to agreement between the releasing and receiving Departments/Field, that candidate will have a lien to their position for the duration of their contract.


Duration of Contract:
12 months (renewable subject to availability of funds, performance and need)

Grade & Salary:
LDC- Band E monthly basic salary ranges JOD

Other Benefits:
Other benefits include compulsory medical insurance, 30 days of annual leave pro-rated to the duration of the contract where less than one year, and family allowance (if applicable)
