Scope Of the Position: 

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will translate complex requirements into actionable user stories, optimize business processes, and support the development and integration of ERP and in-house systems. This role requires strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Minimum Qualifications: 

Translate business needs into clear solution requirements and user stories

Model and optimize business processes using Visio or similar tools

Support ERP and in-house business systems development and integration

Lead Agile/Scrum projects and manage delivery timelines

Collaborate with QA teams on test planning and validation

Utilize a strong understanding of SQL and Database querying for data analysis, reporting, and validation

Apply UI/UX principles for user-friendly solutions

Communicate effectively across technical and business teams

Experience Requirements:

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Solutions Architect or Software Developer.

Bachelor's degree in an in computer science, software engineering, information technology or another related field. Master's degree a Plus

Relevant certifications, such as the Business Analysis Professional or Certified Software Architect or the Microsoft Azure Certification.
