Our partner is a client in the diagnostic center of the medical field that is seeking a dedicated Accounting Executive to join the team remotely from Amman, Jordan. Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Accounting and finance principles, be fluent in both English and Arabic, and be ready to contribute to our partner's success.
Job Description:
This full-time remote role involves managing financial reporting, accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, reconciliations, and tax compliance. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, 3-5 years of experience, proficiency in accounting software, and strong analytical skills. Experience in the medical or healthcare industry and knowledge of GCC financial regulations are preferred.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards.
- Accounts Management: Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, providing insightful analysis and recommendations.
- Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements, accounts, and financial records.
- Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring all documentation and processes meet compliance requirements.
- Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations, preparing and submitting necessary tax filings.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA, CMA, or other relevant certification is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in common accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a remote working environment.
Language:
Fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working remotely and managing remote accounting processes.
- Familiarity with the GCC region's financial regulations and practices.
- Previous experience in the medical or healthcare industry is a plus.
