Key Accounts Executive

Our Client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Key Accounts Executive to join their dynamic sales team. This role is pivotal in managing the execution of sales strategies and account plans for modern trade / key accounts, ensuring strong business relationships, achieving sales targets, improving visibility, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Account Management:
Supervise day-to-day operations with key accounts.
Ensure effective implementation of sales strategies, promotions, trade marketing activities and market activations at store level.
Monitor and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Track competitor activities, pricing, and promotions in the market.
Support in negotiating agreements with accounts regarding listings, displays, and promotions.
Execution & Merchandising:
Ensure planogram compliance, product availability, and visibility in all outlets.-Oversee execution of in-store promotions and activations.
Ensure timely replenishment of stock and avoid out-of-stock situations.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key account decision-makers.
Handle and resolve customer complaints or operational issues effectively.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and communication.
Reporting & Analysis:
Monitor sales performance and share regular reports with management.
Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve performance.
Recommend opportunities for growth within each account.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Achievement of sales targets for assigned key accounts.
Growth in market share and product distribution.
Effective execution of promotions and trade marketing activities.
Customer satisfaction and relationship strength.
Compliance with merchandising standards.
Team productivity and performance.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
3–5 years' experience in FMCG sales, preferably with exposure to modern trade / key accounts.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
A valid driver's license
