Job Description

Tax Implementation Specialist will be responsible for assisting the Project Manager and Implementation Team with making sure new and acquired clients are set up correctly to pay taxes and to ensure any tax payments that need to be made are taken care of during the transition. As functional experts, they will ensure all documentation is received, all necessary items are set up in the system and everything is in balance before approving the client to go live and process payrolls.

Core Job Duties

Review tax setup in isolved to ensure all information is entered and set up correctlyBalance year to date tax information to make sure in balanceEscalate potential issues early to resolve without affecting implementation timeline. Verify what current quarter payments haven't been made, pull funds for these payments from the client, and mark the payments to be made in isolvedVerify Power of Attorney forms are filled out correctly and file them with the agenciesVerify Third Party Access has been received for all applicable agenciesReview and implement the Implementation Tax portion of the Implementation or Acquisition project to ensure the highest success Oversee and enforce company and departmental policies

Minimum Qualifications

Fluent English is a mustTechnical understanding and capabilitiesAttention to detail, teamwork, initiative drivenExcellent written and verbal skillsPassion for customer satisfaction
