Senior Implementation Specialist

Location: [Hybrid] | Schedule: Full-time

What You'll Do: Lead new customers through payroll & HR software implementations, manage timelines, train clients, and ensure a smooth go-live.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 3+ years of functional payroll business process experience 
  • Software implementation experience
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn SaaS platforms quickly
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
  • Attention to detail, initiative-driven, collaborative mindset
  • Passion for customer satisfaction and delivering high-value outcomes
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Willingness to travel as needed
