Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Ensures the delivery of daily, weekly, annual activities of the company.
  • Manages and oversees daily activities, ensures compliance with Department processes. 
  • Coordination with GS network (GBL, GS Technical/certification team, GBL Operation Team, LO etc.) to resolve a concern as and when needed.

  • Acquisition and maintenance of good knowledge about CBCA, product certification & relevant certification schemes.
  • Maintain good business relationships with the clients by phone and through meetings.
  • Assist to provide effective operational solutions to key client's processes strictly based on CBCA/Product certification scheme requirements.
  • Proposal of improvements in daily tasks to N+1.
  • Maintaining and improving the operations of a business.
  • Keep updated on the key changes of the CBCA/Product certification procedures requirements.
  • Reporting difficulties met in reaching assigned goals / time schedules to N+1.
  • Perform any other operational tasks as and when requested by the management.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or Scientific field with 3 years' experience related.
  • Knowledge of 3rd party inspection services.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Good knowledge of requirements applicable to conformity verification.
  • Knowledge and understanding of applicable accreditation and certification standards.
