Optimiza is seeking a Systems Integration Architect to join our dedicated team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for creating and managing sophisticated integration strategies that connect various systems, ensuring smooth data flow and operational efficiency across platforms. You will leverage your extensive experience to guide the architecture and implementation of large-scale integrations that meet the complex needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and oversee the implementation of complex systems integration solutions, ensuring alignment with business strategies and objectives.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate integration technologies, platforms, and frameworks to optimize system communication.
  • Design and develop robust APIs and integration workflows, facilitating seamless interoperability among systems.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, define integration standards, and ensure best practices are followed.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integration processes, proactively addressing performance and stability issues.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to integration teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in systems integration and architecture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in systems integration architecture, with a strong emphasis on enterprise-level systems integration.
  • Proven expertise with integration platforms and technologies such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Oracle Integration Cloud.
  • In-depth knowledge of API design and management, including RESTful and SOAP standards.
  • Strong understanding of data architecture and management, including familiarity with ETL processes and data transformation.
  • Experience with cloud-based integration and platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design complex solutions that meet varying business requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Relevant certifications in integration architecture, enterprise architecture, or cloud technologies are a plus.
