Optimiza is looking for a highly skilled Integration Architect to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing integration strategies and solutions that enable seamless data flow between various systems and applications. Your expertise will be invaluable in optimizing business processes and enhancing the overall IT infrastructure of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions using best practices and integration frameworks.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective integration solutions that support organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define integration architecture strategies and data flow designs.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate integration technologies and tools, including API management, middleware, and service-oriented architecture (SOA).
  • Ensure the integration solutions are scalable, secure, and easy to maintain while adhering to enterprise architecture standards.
  • Monitor and resolve integration issues and work on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to development teams on integration best practices and methodologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in integration architecture, development, and design.
  • Strong experience with integration technologies and tools, such as MuleSoft, Oracle SOA Suite, Apache Camel, or similar.
  • Proficient in API design and management, including RESTful and SOAP web services.
  • Solid understanding of data formats and protocols such as XML, JSON, and MQTT.
  • Experience with cloud integration and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a proven ability to solve complex integration challenges.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Relevant certifications in integration architecture or cloud technologies are a plus.
