Optimiza is looking for a skilled and driven Technical Solution Architect to join our esteemed team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and delivery of highly effective technical solutions that align with our clients' strategic goals. Your strong technical background will enable you to collaborate with various stakeholders to translate business needs into architectural designs, ensuring the delivery of scalable and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical design of complex solutions, utilizing best practices and industry standards to ensure alignment with business requirements.
  • Work closely with project managers, developers, and business analysts to gather and analyze technical requirements.
  • Provide hands-on technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle, including development, testing, and deployment phases.
  • Evaluate and select technologies, tools, and platforms that meet the functional and non-functional requirements of the project.
  • Develop architectural documentation that clearly articulates design decisions and system integrations.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the solutions you architect.
  • Mentor junior architects and development teams, fostering a culture of best practices and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience as a solution architect or a similar technical role, with a focus on systems engineering.
  • In-depth knowledge of software engineering principles, design patterns, and architecture frameworks.
  • Strong experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and microservices architecture.
  • Proficient in various programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python) and web services (REST/SOAP).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex technical challenges effectively.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences, both technical and non-technical.
  • Relevant certifications in architecture or cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solution Architect Expert) are advantageous.
