Optimiza is seeking a talented Integration Developer to join our progressive team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing integrations that facilitate seamless communication between disparate systems. Your technical expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring data integrity and optimizing business processes across our organization and for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement integration solutions, including APIs, data mappings, and workflows, using various integration platforms and technologies.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into efficient technical specifications for integration projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data sources, structures, and business logic for seamless integration.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integration processes to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving feedback to ensure adherence to best practices and high-quality standards.
  • Document integration designs, changes, and processes for future reference and knowledge sharing.
  • Stay informed about emerging integration technologies and industry trends, bringing innovative ideas to the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in integration development, with a strong focus on API development and data integration.
  • Proven experience with integration tools and technologies such as MuleSoft, Informatica, Dell Boomi, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful services and SOAP web services, including security and authentication protocols.
  • Familiarity with various data formats such as JSON, XML, and CSV.
  • Experience with database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Relevant integration certifications or training is a plus.
