Job Description

Summary:
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of product strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and enhancements.

Job Responsibility:
- Develop product roadmaps and prioritize feature development based on business requirements and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to bring products to market.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of products.
- Communicate product vision and updates effectively to stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies is preferred.
