We are seeking a seasoned Senior F&B Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of our outlet.

This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of F&B operations, and a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of outlet operations to ensure a smooth and high-quality guest experience.
  • Develop and execute operational strategies to improve efficiency, increase sales, and boost overall performance.
  • Manage, coach, and motivate the team to deliver top-tier service and achieve business objectives.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene throughout the outlet.
  • Monitor key financial metrics including sales, cost control, and profitability to make informed decisions.
  • Implement effective marketing initiatives and promotions to enhance customer engagement and drive revenue growth.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations at all times.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Oversee inventory levels, supplier relationships, and stock control processes to minimize waste and optimize resources.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of F&B experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership/managerial role.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Solid understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
  • Proven track record in staff supervision, training, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient with POS systems and restaurant management software.
  • Fluent in English; additional language proficiency is an asset.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Familiarity with fine dining, luxury hospitality, or high-volume restaurant operations.
  • Able to increase sales through effective marketing and upselling strategies.
  • Knowledge of current food trends, guest preferences, and market positioning.
  • Skilled in conflict resolution and team motivation.
  • Familiarity with sustainable practices and waste reduction in F&B environments.
