About this Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Outlet Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our outlet, ensuring a smooth and high-quality guest experience. This role requires strong leadership capabilities, deep knowledge of F&B operations, and a focus on maximizing efficiency, guest satisfaction, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Develop and execute operational strategies that improve efficiency and boost overall performance.
- Manage, coach, and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service.
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
- Monitor key financial metrics including sales, cost control, and profitability.
- Implement marketing initiatives and promotions to enhance customer engagement and drive revenue.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Oversee inventory levels, supplier relationships, and stock control processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of F&B experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership/managerial role.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Solid understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Proven track record in staff supervision, training, and performance management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
