We are looking for a highly organized and skilled individual to join our team as a Receptionist and Administrative Coordinator.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented person to provide administrative support and front desk operations in a fast-paced environment.

  • Front Desk Operations:
    • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Handle guest arrival and departure sign-in and sign-out procedures.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Assist with coordinating office maintenance and deliveries.
    • Order and maintain inventory of office supplies.
    • Coordinate courier services and shipments of bases and samples.
    • Ensure the office is tidy and clean at all times according to established guidelines.
    • Book travel arrangements for guests.
    • Organize workshops and events to support sales teams with customers.
  • Clerical Tasks:
    • Enter data and create basic reports or documents as requested.
    • Maintain a contact list to facilitate office activities.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Attention to detail and reliability.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
