Develop Global Maintenance SchedulesDevelop global maintenance schedules for network and cloud services.
Coordinate Disaster Recovery ArchitectureCoordinate comprehensive disaster recovery architecture and operations.
Develop Capacity Planning ProgramsDevelop and ensure the implementation of capacity planning programs, taking into account both auto-scaling capabilities as well as cost optimizations.
Adopt Leading Edge TechnologiesEnsure the adoption of leading edge technologies to build and secure the SaaS infrastructure.
Provide Continuous Service MonitoringProvide 7x24 continuous service monitoring, preventive maintenance, and emergence response capabilities.

Qualifications- Demonstrable Leadership Skills
Demonstrable leadership skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in a timely manner with senior management and staff.
Supervisory ExperienceDemonstrated supervisory experience and the ability to lead and manage staff, demonstrated experience in organizing and coordinating work of others, setting priorities, and assigning work.
Technical BackgroundTen years of technology experience, including troubleshooting and performing root cause analysis of complex infrastructure solutions, technical background with AWS services, Kubernetes (via EKS), CI/CD processes, and Javascript (node.js, Typescript).
