    Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the optimal functioning of the bank's physical infrastructure and equipment
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to identify and address any issues or repairs needed
  • Coordinate and manage repair and maintenance activities, both internally and with external service providers
  • Ensure compliance with relevant safety and regulatory standards during maintenance and repair activities
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment inventory, and maintenance schedules
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement in maintenance processes and procedures
  • Monitor and analyze equipment performance and energy consumption to identify potential areas for optimization
  • Prepare reports, budgets, and cost estimates for maintenance projects and activities
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in maintenance engineering
  • Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in a banking or financial services environment
  • Strong technical knowledge and expertise in building systems, equipment maintenance, and related technologies
  • Familiarity with relevant safety and regulatory standards
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple maintenance projects and tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well both independently and in a team environmen
