About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Reliability Maintenance Engineering team as a Graduate Engineering Manager. This entry-level manager role is designed to provide recently graduated students in a relevant Engineering discipline with the opportunity to build hands-on technical and managerial experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Reliability Maintenance Engineering Manager in implementing and auditing safety and statutory compliance programs to ensure a safe working environment for all staff.
  • Develop and implement network standards to provide a high level of equipment availability to our internal customers.
  • Collaborate with the team and wider network to harness technical expertise and build solutions.
  • Learn the key aspects of all site-based RME roles and manage projects or tasks as directed by the site manager.
  • Be prepared to work on shift to maintain a solid connection to the team and daily work.
  • Travel to other Amazon locations as required to support training and development.
  • Lead small to medium-sized teams of multi-skilled Technicians and develop direct line management responsibilities.
