Job Description

The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the quality assurance process to ensure that products and services adhere to company standards and customer specifications. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to implement quality assurance processes, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to company standards and customer specifications.
  • Manage and lead a team of quality assurance professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
  • Design and execute quality assurance tests to identify defects, non-conformities, and areas for improvement.
  • Analyze quality assurance data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage and monitor quality assurance metrics to ensure goals and objectives are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement solutions.
  • Investigate customer complaints and develop strategies for resolution and prevention.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in quality assurance and management.
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance processes, tools, and techniques.
  • Experience in developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
