Job Description

This role is focused on ensuring the highest quality standards are met in software development. The Quality Control Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues, providing expert testing and troubleshooting services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive testing, including smoke, regression, integration, and performance testing
  • Identify and report bugs, working closely with development teams to resolve issues
  • Develop automation scripts using tools like Selenium WebDriver
  • Design and create detailed test cases, ensuring thorough coverage of software functionality

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Participate in full life cycle development, from requirements gathering to deployment
  • Review business requirements and verify compliance
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless execution of testing activities
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or information technology (or equivalent education and work experience)
  • Professional certification, such as ISTQB-CTFL
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with experience identifying and resolving complex issues
  • Proficiency in programming languages, with hands-on experience developing automation scripts
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
