Project Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. This role will play a critical part in the planning, execution, and completion of various projects.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and possess strong organizational abilities. They should also be proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting notes to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and report on the status to management.
  • Facilitate communication between team members, external partners, and clients to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and budgets, to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Support the team in administrative tasks, including data entry and tracking project expenses.
  • Drive project-related outreach initiatives and ensure effective stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination or a related role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and foster positive relationships.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
