About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Marketing Specialist to join our team at Project Growth. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a high-impact content strategy that drives engagement and educates our target audience about our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation and Strategy: Develop and write high-quality content, including blogs, tweet threads, and other content forms, that communicate complex technical concepts clearly and accurately.
  • Craft Engaging Content: Create informative and engaging content that enhances visibility and engagement on social media platforms.
  • Develop a Scalable Content Framework: Help develop a scalable content marketing framework to streamline and expand content production and distribution efforts.
  • Content Expertise: Act as a content expert with a robust understanding of the blockchain ecosystem and blockchain principles.
  • Content Production: Produce various content forms, including blogs, case studies, FAQs, and user guides, to support marketing and product initiatives.
Collaboration and Coordination
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the product and marketing teams to support high-impact campaigns, ensuring that content aligns with business goals and brand messaging.
  • Translate Technical Details: Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate technical details into accessible and compelling content.
  • Content Calendar: Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent delivery and engagement across all platforms, coordinating with internal teams for seamless execution.
Content Management
  • Brand Consistency: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales and legal, to ensure brand consistency and accuracy across all content touchpoints.
  • Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to keep content relevant, innovative, and reflective of the latest developments in the Web3 space.
  • Content Improvement: Edit and revise content based on feedback from stakeholders and analytics data, continuously improving the quality and effectiveness of the content.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication: Verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • Experience: 4-5 years of experience in content marketing or technical writing roles, particularly within the blockchain industry.
  • Track Record: Proven track record in developing and executing high-impact content strategies for B2B and developers.
  • Technical Understanding: Decent understanding of the blockchain ecosystem and blockchain principles.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple content initiatives and meet deadlines.
  • English Proficiency: 100% fluent in English, with impeccable writing skills.
