The European Broadcasting Union EBU is seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Producer to join its team. As a key member of the EBU Academy, you will be responsible for creating engaging digital content that supports the organization's learning and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and produce high-quality digital content, including video, graphics, and written materials, to support the EBU Academy's learning and marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the EBU Academy team to identify content gaps and develop strategies to address them.
  • Work closely with the EBU Communications and Marketing teams to ensure alignment with the organization's overall marketing strategy.
  • Manage and update the EBU Academy's social media presence and website to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to promote the EBU Academy's content and services.
  • Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to inform content and marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in digital content production, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of creating engaging digital content that drives results.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their role in digital marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and formats.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • Language - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Education - Master's or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Strategies, Media, or a related field.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and other digital content creation tools.
  • Experience with paid social media campaigns.
  • Foreign languages.
