We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team at One Media jo. As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic to our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to meet company objectives.
  • Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Manage and monitor social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with followers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance, making recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives.
  • Identify and engage with influencers and partners to amplify brand reach and awareness.
  • Monitor and manage online reputation, addressing any issues or negative feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Experiment with new strategies and tactics to continuously improve social media performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Specialist or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms and platform-specific best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and content marketing strategies is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred.

Duration and Compensation:

This is a freelance position with flexible hours and project-based compensation. The duration of the contract will be determined based on project needs and mutual agreement.
