
Senior Client Liaison Specialist

As a Customers Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with our valuable customers. You will provide exceptional customer service and customized banking solutions to meet their financial needs.
Key Responsibilities- You will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with sources of major deposits, identifying the segments and names of major customers, and creating integrated sales plans to attract deposits and new customers.
- You will manage the relationship with major corporate and commercial clients, communicate with them to learn about their requests and needs, and work to meet them with efficiency required to provide distinguished service to them.
- You will market the bank's services and products to corporate clients through direct sales/cross-selling to attract new clients, time deposits, and current accounts on a regular basis.
- You will carry out all activities related to attracting a new base of customers to increase market share, including coordination with all corporate and business departments.
- You will communicate periodically with customers to know their needs, meet their desires, address all inquiries in a timely manner, and follow up on any needs and meet them by following up with all relevant bank departments and branches.
- You will coordinate with the central corporate customer service department, implementation departments, and customers to complete all customer requirements and obtain administrative approvals if necessary.
- You will provide banking services offers to corporate clients after obtaining the necessary approvals.
- You will conduct field visits to all current and prospective clients to increase the bank's market share of the deposits of various institutions and ensure that a database of major clients is continuously updated periodically.
- Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in relationship management, preferably with VIP clients in the banking industry.
- In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and financial markets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with high-profile clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Familiarity with local banking regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- High degree of professionalism and integrity.
