Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Management and Monitoring and Evaluation professional to join our team at the International Rescue Committee. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing quality information management processes, creating data management systems, and providing technical support to our programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Information Management: Develop and implement data management systems, including setting up quality information management processes and creating data management systems using tools such as Salesforce, DHIS2, and Zendesk.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Design and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track program progress and impact, and provide technical support to our programs.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, SPSS, R, and other statistical software, as well as experience with mobile data collection tools and creating data management systems.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and empower a small to medium professional team, and demonstrated analytical, systematic-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication and Training: Strong presentation and reporting skills, with the ability to transfer knowledge to diverse audiences through training, mentoring, and other formal and non-formal methods.
Requirements
  • Education: A University degree in a relevant field, such as statistics and data management, IT, social science, public health, development economics, or a related subject area.
  • Experience: At least 4 years of working experience in Information Management and Monitoring and Evaluation or Learning-related functions.
  • Language: Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in Arabic is a major advantage.
