About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Specialist to join our team at KPMG. As a key member of our People CoE Data Analytics team, you will play a critical role in developing and deploying automated reports, visualizations, and dashboards to capture different aspects of People practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Deploy Reports and Dashboards: Design and deploy automated reports, visualizations, and dashboards using PowerBi and other reporting tools to capture different aspects of People practices.
  • Data Analysis and Interpretation: Gather and interpret data, translate business needs into technical specifications, and create different reports for data-driven decisions based on stakeholders' requirements and insights.
  • Champion Analytical Initiatives: Champion new analytical initiatives and projects aimed to improve operational efficiency and achieve business goals.
  • System Evaluation and Improvement: Evaluate internal systems for problems and inaccuracies, and propose improvements for handling, processing, and cleaning data.
  • Data Visualization: Use various tools to represent data in a visual format that is easy to understand.
  • Stakeholder Support: Support internal stakeholders in generating their own reporting and dashboards based on the available data warehouse.
  • Project Management: Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of preset projects.
  • Analytics and Communication: Perform analytics to communicate expectations and progress to management and other relevant parties.
  • Tool Development: Develop in coordination with the related team tools to retrieve performance data needed to generate accurate Key Performance Indicators' evidence.
  • Data Integrity and Quality: Facilitate and ensure integration between all people systems to maintain data integrity and quality.
  • Liaison and Communication: Serve as key liaison between HR, IT, and external vendors to resolve complex reported technical issues.
  • Professional Development: Keep track of technological advancements and trends in the field of People Information System and data analytics.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties within the scope as assigned by his/her Performance Manager.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in data analytics, business intelligence, and reporting. You should be proficient in using PowerBi and other reporting tools, and have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Additionally, you should be able to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders and have strong project management skills.
