Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Reception Agent to join our team at Fairmont Amman. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Services
    • Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service to all guests.
    • Greet, check-in, and settle guest accounts while ensuring all service standards are followed.
    • Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and cash handling, including currency exchange and balancing a float.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Promote a professional team environment and work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve exceptional guest satisfaction.
    • Follow department policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Additional Responsibilities
    • Perform any and all other tasks assigned by management.
    • Uphold the highest standard of internal and external customer service at all times.
    • Assist with other responsibilities and duties in the absence of a team member or other tasks assigned by the manager.

Requirements

  • Proficient in the English Language (verbal & written), second language is an asset.
  • Previous experience and knowledge of Property Manager is an asset.
  • Required knowledge of Windows' Office Suite.
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to stand for long periods, at least 8 hours per shift.
