Job Title: Front Desk Reception Agent

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Reception Agent to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Service: Greet and check-in guests, handle guest requests and concerns, and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
  • Cash Handling: Manage cash transactions, balance floats, and maintain accurate records of daily transactions.
  • Team Environment: Promote a professional team environment, follow department policies and procedures, and uphold the highest standard of internal and external customer service.
  • Communication: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to focus attention on guest needs and remain calm and courteous at all times.
Requirements:
  • Language: Proficient in the English language (verbal and written), with a second language an asset.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, with knowledge of Property Manager and Windows' Office Suite an asset.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
