Job Title: Front Desk Reception Agent

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Services: Greet and check-in guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Account Management: Manage guest accounts, handle transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Communication: Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Front Office team to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest service.
Requirements:
  • Language Skills: Proficient in English (verbal and written), with a second language an asset.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
