About the Role

We're expanding our sales team at Apryse and seeking a seasoned Senior Account Executive to drive Enterprise sales in Africa & Middle East. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing and closing software license opportunities, working closely with our resources and presales teams.

Responsibilities
  • Qualify and manage new sales leads through the full sales cycle, leveraging your expertise in complex B2B software sales.
  • Identify high-value opportunities using a consultative sales approach, highlighting the strengths and weaknesses of competing products.
  • Collaborate with Solution Engineers to gather requirements and propose tailored solutions that meet our customers' needs.
  • Proactively maintain relationships with your accounts, identifying future opportunities and driving growth.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our technology suite and effectively communicate its value to prospects.
  • Recognize and capitalize on high-value sales opportunities, utilizing your negotiation and presentation skills to close deals.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs, using various resources to inform your sales strategy.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience selling complex B2B software products, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with key business and technical executives.
  • A college or university degree, preferably in a technical discipline or background.
  • Professional working fluency in English, with a strong understanding of the EMEA market.
  • Demonstrated success using a consultative approach, with a history of overachievement and quota achievement.
  • An accountable team player with a tenacious drive to win, experienced in using CRM to manage sales cycles.
