About the Job

We are seeking a Programme Analyst for Reproductive Health Commodity Security to support the national efforts to scale up an integrated family planning and reproductive health commodity security programme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to supporting national counterparts to scale up an integrated family planning and reproductive health commodity security programme.
  • Work with the Health Policy Specialist to provide evidence to the Country Representative to support the advocacy for integrating the RHCS as part of the national system.
  • Collaborate with the programme team to implement integrated approaches to improve quality of sexual reproductive health that includes right-based family planning.
  • Work with the operations team to ensure timely procurement and continuity of the SRH supplies to all programme sites.
  • Provide technical support in contraceptive technology and logistics planning and management.
  • Support national partners in setting up an effective logistics management for SRH commodities.
  • Ensure the integration of FP/RHCS activities into UNFPA Country Office work plans.
  • Contribute to monitoring and analysis of project implementation.
Requirements
  • Advanced university degree in public health, medicine, pharmacy, logistics management, social sciences or other related field.
  • Previous professional experience in planning, implementing, monitoring Sexual and Reproductive Health Programme, preferably in FP and RHCS.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.
  • Humanitarian experience is an asset.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic.
