Programme Management

We are seeking a skilled Programme Officer to join our team at the Department for Business and Trade. As a Programme Officer, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of our programmes, working closely with our Governance Advisor and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

* Programme management: You will be responsible for managing programme delivery frameworks, ensuring key partner deliverables are tracked and met.

* Governance support: You will work closely with the Governance Advisor to design and quality assure programmes, maintaining programme risk registers and proactively highlighting concerns, risks, and issues.

* Donor coordination: You will support the Governance Advisor in stakeholder engagement and coordination with other donors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

* Financial management: You will manage budget related to programme design funds, using a commercial mindset to achieve value for money and regularly updating delivery chain maps to show key issues and risks.

Requirements

* Strong programme management skills, with experience in managing programme delivery frameworks and ensuring key partner deliverables are met.

* Excellent governance skills, with the ability to work closely with the Governance Advisor to design and quality assure programmes.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders, including donors and partners.

* Strong financial management skills, with experience in managing budget and achieving value for money.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
