Job Title: Senior Account Manager

Technology Strategies Middle East - TSME is now hiring a Senior Account Manager who has sales experience for our branch in Jordan.

The ideal candidate will be customer-oriented with a drive to achieve goals and maintain a great customer experience. You will be able to suggest forward-thinking ideas to promote our brand and work closely with clients to understand their needs. This individual will have excellent communication abilities and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Understand client needs and objectives, and propose solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase our solutions and value proposition.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (such as Product Development and Customer Support) to ensure seamless implementation and support for clients.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation as needed.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as Account Manager with 5y+, preferably in Technology Service.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex technical solutions.
  • Familiarity with sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
