Job Title: Head of CIT

Al-Wabel Recruitment Agency is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Head of CIT. This position is responsible for overseeing the entire CIT department, ensuring seamless operations, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Management: Control and manage all CIT and dispatcher employees, ensuring they are equipped to perform their duties efficiently.
  • Fleet Management: Oversee the entire fleet, ensuring vehicles are properly maintained, and logistics are optimized.
  • Communication: Establish and maintain effective communication with all garages for spare part procurement and other operational needs.
  • Mechanic Employee Control: Supervise and manage the mechanic employee, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Distribution and Vaulting: Coordinate the daily distribution of vehicles and employees, as well as the vaulting of all shipments.
  • Load and Unload Shipments: Ensure the safe and efficient loading and unloading of all shipments.
  • CDM Schedules: Manage and coordinate CDM schedules to ensure seamless operations.
  • Customer and Bank Communication: Receive and respond to calls from customers and banks, ensuring prompt and effective communication.
  • Worksheet Management: Receive, sort, and deliver worksheets from messengers to the financial department.
Requirements:
  • Responsibility: Be responsible for all shipments imports and exports, regardless of volume.
  • Transfer Shipments: Ensure the timely and efficient transfer of shipments.
  • Availability: Ensure early and late shipment availability.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with the Jordan Operations team, keeping them updated at all times.
  • Vault Management: Oversee the overall responsibility of the Vault for Brinks Jordan, ensuring secure and efficient operations.
  • Security: Operate in the vault with the utmost security and efficiency, maintaining strict record-keeping of all entries and exits.
