About the RoleWe're seeking a highly analytical and customer-focused individual to join our Complaints Resolution team. As a Complaints Resolution Specialist, you'll be responsible for investigating and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities- Investigate and resolve customer complaints through thorough analysis and research
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Deel's products and services to provide expert support
- Communicate effectively with customers through various channels, including chat, email, and social media
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Fluent written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience in customer-facing roles or complaint resolution preferred
